INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASSEMBLY OF THE POLE (abbreviated):
What the stick consists of:
- Handle with wrist strap
- Length lock lever - Clip (latch)
- Segment with length measurement
- Upper segment
- Middle segment
- Lower segment with plate and tip
- Lock button (metal, pops out when the cord is tensioned)
How to unfold EVI SPORT trekking poles:
Take the pole out of the packaging.
Initially, the pole is secured with a Velcro strap.
2. Remove the Velcro strap so the pole can unfold.
3. Take the first section (part of the pole) and insert it into the appropriate slot.
4. Extend the section with the inscription „EVI SPORT” until the cord inside is taut (you will feel resistance).
5. Insert the second section and push it in firmly.
6. Pull firmly until you hear a distinct "click".
The click indicates that the pole is locked and will not collapse on its own while walking.

HOW TO SET THE RIGHT SIZE (POLE LENGTH):
It is very important that the pole is fitted to your height – this makes walking more comfortable and safer.
- Find the clip (latch) on the pole and open it.
2. Pull the element above the button to extend the pole.
3. Set the pole length:
- Your arm should be bent at the elbow at an angle of approximately 90 degrees (as if you wanted to put your hand on the table).
- Then the pole height is correct.
4. Close the clip to lock the pole (step 1)
NOTE: do not extend the poles beyond the "STOP" marking. If the pole moves after closing the clip – tighten the lock more so that it is stable.
