ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS (short version):
What the pole consists of:
- Handle with wrist strap
- Length locking lever - Clip (snap)
- Segment with length measurement
- Upper segment
- Middle segment
- Lower segment with plate and tip
- Locking button (metal, pops out when the cord is tensioned)
How to unfold EVI SPORT poles:
Take the pole out of the packaging.
At first, the pole is secured with a velcro strap.
2. Remove the velcro strap so the pole can unfold.
3. Take the first element (part of the pole) and insert it into the appropriate place.
4. Extend the element with the inscription "EVI SPORT" as far as the internal cord becomes taut (you will feel resistance).
5. Insert the second element and press it down.
6. Pull firmly until you hear a clear "click".
The click indicates that the pole is locked and will not fold on its own while walking.

HOW TO SET THE CORRECT SIZE (POLE LENGTH):
It is very important that the pole is adapted to your height – this makes walking more comfortable and safer.
- Find the clip (latch) on the pole and open it.
2. Pull the element above the button to extend the pole.
3. Set the pole length:
- Your arm should be bent at the elbow at an angle of about 90 degrees (as if you wanted to place your hand on a table).
- Then the height of the poles is correct.
4. Close the clip to lock the pole (point 1)
NOTE: do not extend the poles beyond the "STOP" marking. If the pole moves after closing the clip – tighten the lock more so that it is stable.
